Deliverance Chronicles Global Networks (“Deliverance Chronicles,” “we,” “us”) is a teaching ministry led by Dr. Wayne T. Richards and based in Baltimore, Maryland. This policy applies to dcglobalnetworks.org, our member portal at app.dcglobalnetworks.org, our emails and text messages, and the forms you complete with us.

We collect the information you choose to share when you fill out a form, book a session, join a program, buy a product, give, or write to us. Depending on the form, this may include:

Your name, email address and phone number
Details about a session request, speaking invitation or event
Prayer requests, testimonies and messages you send us
Payment details, which are entered on and processed by our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Some of what you share, such as prayer requests and what you are facing, may be personal or spiritual in nature. We treat it with care and confidentiality.

Like most websites, our site and the platforms we use may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the site that referred you. We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

To respond to your messages, prayer requests and invitations
To schedule and provide deliverance sessions, training and programs
To send the resources you request, such as The Covenant Audit
To send ministry updates, teaching and event reminders by email or text message, when you have agreed to receive them

To meet our legal obligations and protect our ministry and the people we serve

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you ministry updates, teaching, event reminders and information about our books and programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Email

If you sign up for resources or updates, we may send you emails about our teaching, books, programs and events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the ministry, such as our website and customer relationship platform, email and text message providers, scheduling tools, video meeting tools and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our ministry, our team or others
With your permission, for example when you allow us to share your testimony

Testimonies

If you submit a testimony, we will only publish it if you give us permission on the form. You can ask us to remove a published testimony at any time by writing to [email protected].

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites and platforms, such as YouTube, Amazon, Facebook and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
