The terms that apply when you use our website, book a session, join a program or give to Deliverance Chronicles Global Networks.
Please read these terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Section I
By using dcglobalnetworks.org, our member portal at app.dcglobalnetworks.org, or any of our sessions, programs, courses or products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Section II
Deliverance Chronicles Global Networks (“Deliverance Chronicles,” “we,” “us”) is a Christian teaching ministry led by Dr. Wayne T. Richards and based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Section III
Our sessions, teaching, courses, books, prayers and content are offered as Christian spiritual ministry and education. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Please do not stop any prescribed medication or treatment without speaking to your doctor. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the United States) or your local emergency number right away.
Section IV
Private sessions are held on Zoom. A deposit is required to confirm your session, and it is returned to you when you attend, as described at booking. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Sessions are led as the Holy Spirit leads, and we do not promise any specific outcome. By booking, you confirm you are taking part voluntarily and are at least 18 years old.
Section V
Access to paid programs such as The Covering and Deliverance Chronicles University is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. Recurring memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, payments already made are not refundable.
Section VI
Gifts and donations support the work of the ministry and are generally not refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will review your request.
Section VII
Books are sold through Amazon and merchandise through our DLVRNCE Collection store. Those purchases are governed by the seller’s own terms, shipping and return policies.
Section VIII
If you agree to receive text messages, you may receive ministry updates, teaching, event reminders and information about our books and programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Section IX
In The Gathering, live sessions, comments and any community space, please be respectful. We may remove content or end access for anyone who harasses others, posts harmful or unlawful content, shares other members’ private information, or disrupts the community.
Section X
When you send us a testimony, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own and true to the best of your knowledge. If you give permission to publish a testimony, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to share it in our ministry materials. You may withdraw permission at any time for future use by writing to [email protected].
Section XI
All teaching, videos, articles, courses, prayers, graphics, the crest and other materials on our website are owned by Deliverance Chronicles Global Networks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not copy, sell, republish or create derivative works without our written permission.
Section XII
Our website uses and links to third-party services, such as YouTube, Zoom, Amazon, payment processors and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Section XIII
Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deliverance Chronicles Global Networks, its leaders, team and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim.
Section XIV
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
